The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the staff, especially Armando, provided friendly and helpful assistance. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the noise between rooms was a bit disruptive. It felt like a comfortable place despite some minor drawbacks.

the room was big and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. as for me, the location was great, not far from juarez metro station, and the older historic area. juarez district was worth staying in.

perfect spot for exploring modern landmarks and city parks
I really enjoyed my stay here thanks to the friendly staff who were always ready to help and the hotel's great location, just a short walk from the fine Angel of Independence and lush Chapultepec Park, where I spent hours strolling and taking in the sights.

Ideal hotel, clean, employees are outstandingly accommodating, and location is magnificent in the centrum. They serve great food, have a great selection of options to choose from. The venue provides an excellent service. Parking is not an issue, as it's onsite.

The warm staff makes it bearable
The hotel staff were friendly. The room had a nice view of the city, and the bedding was comfortable enough for a restful sleep.
The breakfast lacked variety, leaving us wanting more options each morning.

great location but minor cleanliness issues
The location allowed for easy access to cultural sites and local eateries. The room provided a comfortable stay after busy days, especially after enjoying great tacos from nearby stands. Quiet surroundings, ideal for families.
I noticed some cleanliness tasks were overlooked, which could be improved.

The location was great, safe part of town (we walked around at night a lot and havent seen anything bad happen), there is 7/11 just next to the hotel and restaurants in the streets behind the hotel, we got a great room (although unrenovated) in 11th floor with great view and big balcony - booked the economy room for 30 USD/night. The bell boys were more than nice and the receptionists (except one..) as well. Recommended - especially if budget oriented and not touchy about things being older (but clean!).
No late checkout for reasonable price but OK.. (we traveled at 21h for about 20h and we really wanted to take a shower before, but the receptionist said its not possible. IN some other hotels they would often let us shower for free..

The hotel's location was fantastic! We could easily visit both Chapultepec Castle and the Historic Center without much hassle. After a long day of exploring, having close access to awesome taco stands. They were pet-friendly!
My kids wished there was a mini fridge in the room.

I liked the location
Though I stayed at the most expensive rooms (Deluxe), this is barely a three star hotel. Cleanliness was really poor! I received the room in poor conditions, and though I spoke to the hotel staff (I even especially tipped a cleaning person) when I left, the room showed the same dust, hair on shower, etc that was there when I checked in. My shower did not drain properly and it took then tree days to repair it, and in the meantime I had to shower with my feet deep in dirty water. They knocked on my door every single morning at 9.15, "just to check" and sometimes I arrived at 6.00 p.m. and the room had not yet been made. No telephone directory, no Do not disturb sign.
